She was a listening ear and sounding board, as well as an excellent companion for my grandfather, offering practical help with basic tasks and transport. 5 years agoFinding ourselves unexpectedly in need of a personal carer for my father, I searched online and was fortunate Elda's company name popped up in the list. I contacted her immediately and had a pleasurable discussion about my father's requirements, Elda was most informative on how her business works, the service she can offer and her fees being very reasonable also. The very first day that she made contact with my father, she had an instant connection with him, even having gone that extra mile by researching where he had heralded from, so putting him totally at ease. Knowing my father was not going to be dealing with a large faceless corporation, Elda was personally going to be working with my fathers day to day needs which made me even more assured that Elda was the right person for our requirements. The professional service of Elda was above all expectations and I would have no problem to recommend her service for anyone who may be in need of a personal carer of an elderly family member.
