3 years agoGrace Joel actually care more about the decor and over all looks of the place and ambience . The staff at the desk are not very familiar with the protocols, also not very friendly service. It's another age care residential with a lot of room for improvement required. Request to Senior Management: Don't treat this place as a boutique business. Please Invest at more staffing ratio and procedures to reflect better and effective care. It's my honest opinion !

3 years agoOur elderly, very dear friend has recently moved into an apartment. Sure it was a huge mental readjustment, but a few weeks in the staff and facility have helped our friend to adjust, fit in, and now actually like being there. Well done !

2 years agoI caught up with family at the lovely lil cafe there. Easy parking on a Sunday morning... pleasant service..range of sweet n savoury foods...large tables or arm chairs n tables... lovely decor.
