Gracelands Village in Frimley, Hastings offers a welcoming community atmosphere surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and inviting grounds. Residents enjoy well-planned unit layouts and a variety of facilities including a pool and café that foster social connections and an active lifestyle. The village’s community centre hosts enjoyable activities that keep life engaging and vibrant. a year agoMy godparents are really enjoying living here. There are decent facilities such as the pool and cafe, and fun things get organised in what is the equivalent of a community centre. The grounds and gardens always look well maintained and while this is done by village staff by default, keen gardeners can opt to do it themselves. I will say that there are some places where there isn't footpath, so pedestrians are either walking on lawns or on the internal roads (which do have a much lower speed limit than public roads). And when my godparents first moved in, there were some problems with their villa which was a bit stressful, however these problems have been rectified.

a year agoMy Parents have been in here for about 6 years now. Since a change of management things have really changed for the better. I have found the gardens are looking fabulous and the stuff that has been done around the place. New lighting, number on front gate, map of village. Looking great again. Definitely take a look if are considering a new place to live. Left one star out due to there is always room for improvement anywhere.

2 years agoLovey new villas, but visitor parking is a problem. The streets are very narrow, so you have to park half on the footpath. Not ideal when there are elderly out and about with walkers. No parking area for motorhomes owned by residents.
