Gray Floral Nursery and Garden Centre

I am amazed by how well my poppies are doing, I planted them late afternoon on a cloudy day, watered, and then the next day expected rain arrived. They’re bursting into life! Thank you for growing such beautiful healthy seedlings, and sending them so beautifully cared for! Honestly you have been a god send, and I am looking out for what else you might offer that I can have sent!

I was appalled by the way I was treated today when I came to visit the nursery. I was sworn at and abused by a very aggressive and clearly frustrated elderly man who presumably works at the nursery. As I pulled in to the car park, I noticed some free wood at the entrance to the business two driveways over from the nursery. I pulled in to collect the wood and at this point the elderly man aggressively approached me and told me to get lost. He swore at me and told me I was making a mess. I wished him well in the future, as he clearly does not enjoy his job. Needless to say, I did not enter th e nursery after this abuse and will not be back again. Unfortunately I did not get the elderly man's name, but I am sure if you check with the team members that were working today, you will be able to ascertain who it was that insulted me. Excellent service over and above. Was asked if I wanted the trees pruned at no trouble. Put all the plants in the car. Will be shopping there a lot more.

Helpful and friendly assistant, she gave us lots of advice ,very impressed. We will be back fir more plants. Thank you
