3 months agoWe visit regularly to check on the bargains that are available and have been able to get many items we have needed. A wide range of second-hand donated goods from household to building materials. Goods for sale are neatly set out and sorted. Prices are reasonable, though often there are real bargains to be had. Worth a visit. Plenty of free parking. Wheelchair accessible.

6 months agoBought a lovely leather carry case today from restore but was incredibly disappointed when I got home and took the price sticker off the handle to find it was covering a massive split. I understand buying second hand means getting second hand quality but the split looked as thought it had been deliberately covered- I would not have purchased if I had seen the damage but the quality might have been fine for somebody else.

a month agoThis is a great place for finding items and clothing you may need, also items you didn't need lol. Nice Cafe at the back of the room to catch up with friends. Yummy scones, got to be in quick as they go fast.

3 months agoThe store is great - clean, organised, friendly staff but their prices are insane. Why would I pay $8 for a secondhand pair of children's pants that I can get for $7 new? And why would I psy $60 for a second hand down jacket that I can get new for $99??? If their prices were realistic that would make so much money. Every person I talk to about the place says the same thing, "they ended up walking out in disgust at the prices and didn't buy a thing". And those people will NEVER go back because they will always associate disgust with their memory of this place.

3 years agoCommunity centre and op shop as well as food and drink. Great ☕ coffee and tea plus well.priced food. Asset to community. Well worth a visit. Recommended to me by lots of people. Lived up to expectations. Free items to encourage restore. Lots of furniture, books,clothes,and general house hold things. Parking in side. Money goes to help more people into houses and provide a pleasant and place to learn skills at the same time.
