Emailed, called twice and texted over 8 days wanting a quote to supply and install two heat pumps. They couldn't be bothered responding. Unprofessional and have no concept of customer service. If this is how they treat customers who want to spend money with them imagine how they treat people who have had installations and need service , warranty claims or support. Avoid this company like the plague - waste of time and effort.

Personally went in 3 times to get them to come view and quote on a ducted air con system. Their where to bloody lazy to even call back to make an appointment. Do your self a favor avoid these people. I rang a Napier company instead who responded quickly and efficiently. As a customer all we want is average service, which appears to be beyond these people.

We received a quote for a heat pump in our bedroom. It included Wi-Fi capability which we did not need. We asked for an amended quote and received no response, despite a further follow up request to them. We eventually got a quote for over $1000 cheaper from Active Refrigeration.

Excellent service and follow up with both the fitting on a new unit, as well as a full service of the existing systems. New to the property it was great to meet the service guy who has been looking after the home for many years, thus he was able to carry out the work in a very timely fashion. Thanks HBR

Great service, great product, great people. Highly recommend these guys. Their Heat Pump recommendations (pump size, brand, positioning in the house, etc) were bang on. Had two installed and it's fantastic.
