Severe Breach of client confidentiality which I can easily prove as I have audio recordings in which the staff members were told I was recording. These people have not even followed up about my well being in a week later despite knowing I was triggered which severely effects my physical and mental health. That staff member severely breached client confidentiality this confirmed by a lawyer. Nor have they responded to my request to ask how to lay a complaint about their service. The person involved refused to discuss the situation with my support person via phone. A male staff member apologised to my support person via phone but no one has ever even check in on me 🤷‍♂️ Radio silence is deafening or in this case shows the lack of actually caring about mental health when this service understands I needed a medical advocate and support with other tasks which are very hard for me. This service is what I relied on to help as others people must rely on also You will just be become another number in their system so they can revieve more funding 👍🏼 When they break the law they won't help you nor follow up on your mental health yet they are a mental health advocates service 🤷‍♂️ They will decide to be silent. When first going to this service I found it very odd they had to keep the building door locked at all times. Very odd. Id guess they have upset other people then disregard them like myself.

I'm very disappointed I got acused of false information don't recommend counseling to anyone. They twisted my words very upset
