a year agoThought this was a great dairy but has gone downhill lately. Got hot chips today, they were busy after I ordered and it tool extra time to get my order out of the fryer, dry burny chips though - not mouthwatering just disappointing. Took them back and tried to discuss how I knew they were busy, trying to be understanding but these were inedible etc - no replacement or refund was offered. I just walked out and won’t return.
