3 years agoThis my second HRV system. Completely removes moisture and provides warmth free of charge. Just had it serviced. They called me and told me it was time, booked the appointment, and he turned up bang on time. Cleaned/replaced all the filters, found a fault which he fixed and tested the system. Clean, efficient and customer focused

5 years agoI have no hesitation in recommending this product and the Customer Service with the Installation !! I had no issues with anything during this process from beginning to end !! I noticed a big difference that night after it had been installed. The air was a lot lighter with the moisture taken out by HRV . I also noticed a marked improvement on health issues. No more crying windows. Very dry ! It has been an excellent investment in Health and Property value ! Many thanks to the HRV Team !

4 years agoVery happy with the service, turned up on time. Since the filters were replaced and we upgraded to the latest control panel. The system is running brilliantly. Since serviced we do not have any condensation on the windows. The new control pantos so easy to use, should have upgraded ages ago.

3 years agoHRV Hawke's Bay is a great business. We love our HRV ventilation system. It is very cheap to run. And no condensation anymore at all in our house. Every 2 years our filters are replaced, and they take care of it all, including when it needs to happen and making an appointment for it. Such a great service.
