Opinions and more opinions devoid of factual reporting. It was a disaster of my recent times to hire them to get the house inspected. An inspector named Harman was assigned for the job, turns out the dumbest guy in the trade. When in person he kept saying everything was good, no issues but the report had just the opposite language. Lots of opinions like DIY job just because he saw my tools in the house. The agony doesn’t end there. Reports that the owner blocked access to areas and several of areas inaccessible. Completely false. I reported and told them to report factual position with count of things than generalising things. Also raked up the issue of the retaining wall which was clearly in the neighbors property in 4 terraced steps 3 of which far away from mine. The bosses backed him up, just the dumbest thing who don’t know what they are doing even after I sent photos to show the concrete block was my property Stay away, not worth your money and time

Fast and efficient service report was sent to within 24hrs of the inspection been done. Payment is required before i received the report which was no problem everything in the report was covered and to my expectations and helped me make the decision on whether i wanted to buy the home or go further. Was happy with how qhick and efficient the process was.

report stated full access, but failed to report on back of property. Also colour system would be good. green pass, red fail for fast reference as have had other reports with this and is a better system. Asked for quote to repair issues found. Price was over $120000 higher than other quotes received. fast service but not 5 star.
