a month agoIt was a great experience to build our first home with Jennian homes.The process from concepts, home design, start of contstruction to finish was smooth, stress free and no delays. Jennian has been very transparent with contracts, construction materials, build time frames etc. We were informed with everything that has happened from construction to dealing with other contractors. The quality of build was high standard. My husband and I were very happy with our home and we would like to thank Jennian Homes for being a part of this journey. Again Thank you Jennian for building our PERFECT HOME☺️

2 months agoWe chose to build with Jennian Homes Southland because of their reputation not only locally but nationwide. From the initial design meeting with Shane to the final handover with Carl we found the whole team at Jennian Homes Southland to be extremely professional in every aspect and willing to accommodate our every need. Although there were some minor glitches throughout the build process, these where rectified promptly by Carl and his team and we were delivered our home a month ahead of schedule. My only regret is we didn’t opt to fully insulate the garage space and this would certainly be one thing I would suggest to others who are interested in building. Overall the home has been build to a high standard and is something we are very proud of hence we would have no hesitation in building with Jennian Homes Southland again in the future or recommending them to others. 2 months agoWe built a home through Jennian homes for a managers house on a farm. The process was really simple and efficient to get the ball rolling and the team were excellent to work with. The build was completed on time and to a great standard. Really happy, we would definitely recommend.
