a year agoKaikohe care resthome is the epitome of abuse and neglect. As a former and very brief employee, the behaviour and lack of empathy I witnessed from Nurses and Healthcare assistants is appalling and needs to be investigated properly. Please thoroughly investigate where you send your love ones, because I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this hole. residents are literally wasting away in the most inhumane way

6 years agoThe staff are wonderful here. So caring and respectful of the elderly. Stopping to thoughtfully interact, joke and personally ensure the residents are comfortable, full and have a sense of belonging Thank you for loveing your job, it shows and it means a lot to us
