3 years agoThe Napier rose gardens are in magnificent bloom right now. However mornings are when the sprinklers are running, so not possible to get up close to many of the rose bushes. The herb/fragrant garden is thoughtfully set up with hand rails for the visually impaired to lean towards the plants & touch them.

5 years agoReally nice seeing the different roses and some had beautiful scents. Would be easier for those kn wheelchairs or on mobility scooters if there were concrete paths. The big bonus was seeing the hundreds of monarch caterpillars.
