a month agoThings just get bad to worse. Firstly there's never anyone available to answer the fitting rooms call bell or the click and collect. - The place is always messy and you can't find what you're looking for especially when it says in stock online and clearly you can't find it where it should be. - Then you can't find anyone to assist you. - When there is someone around their not approachable or have the stinkiest attitude ever. - Then when you check out at the self service machines have a fit and you need assistance and of course nobody is available to help or their not even paying attention to the people with their check-out going crazy. This place needs to fix all these problems as, it makes it a horrible shopping experience and you really don't want to go because you know what your in for THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Best to shop online with this outlet 🙄

a year agoI had a very good experience when returning an item, very helpful staff. Some of aisles a bit squishy especially when staff leave boxes and trolleys. Minused one star because of this.

2 months agoManager and one of the staff members were quite rude. I came to return a set of silicone utensils as it was smelling like plastic when I used it for cooking (i know it’s not supposed to be like this as I bought other stuff from kmart before). Upon hearing my complaint, they were laughing by themselves and there’s seem to be no intention to even take the product out of the bag properly. He just flipped the bag over and just to try and get it out without any effort. I believe this is not how customer service is supposed to be and giving it 2 stars as they managed to refund the amount back to me. The main thing I’m not happy with in this situation is the staff members’ attitude towards the customer.

2 months agoIt takes less than 2 minutes to put signs out for all the blood on the floor by the checkouts. It takes a further two minutes to get a mop out. When you have more than three staff lounging about. Get moving and mop up the mess..

2 years agoKmart has false prices on multiple items. When I complained as it is a huge store which would have multiple sales on every item most days all they offered was a refund and they take the item back. They have absolutely no repercussions for stating incorrect prices which multiple people would have paid not knowing they were being overcharged from what they saw. On a $20 advertised pot charged $22 and $6.50 colander $7. Small for a one off purchase but not when the business is dealing with huge amount of sales
