a month ago12 months down the track being with Lavender Blue for my cares... Carers are amazing... Nurses that have been to my house are very lovely too... As for the admin lady that answers the phone at times, Donna, needs a course in customer relations/service and respect.... Her attitude suxs... If she doesnt like her job, stand aside, hand it to someone with a better caring attitude, someone respectful... She needs to remember.. without clients that place doesnt work... we need to work together staff(including carers) & clients... Not being disrespectful. We are not just a payment thats being made to help you get paid you know... We are people, with needs and feelings... So sort it out... She hasnt changed her attitude in a year... Lavender blue needs to get someone else in that admin role... She doesnt do them justice.... 1st review.... The carers are amazing.. Very friendly, respectful and obliging etc. However i wish i could say that about the organising at the office, Im into my 3rd week now, i mean you expect some hiccups but not to completely get overlooked... I am still waiting for home management to start, i was asked within first week what days would suit me, and nothing has started... I mean im getting my personal cares now, very lovely carer too ... ComeOn get it together... No communication to let you know whats going on.. Just nothing, feel so unimportant and that i dont matter, i struggled to vacuum and clean my own floors a few days ago coz they hadnt been done for few weeks, since i came out of hospital....but i guess they would've been paid for all my home management as well even though so far none at all only personal cares.. They dont back date any missed help either from what i gather.... Lets see this week... I guess i have to ring again for missed help first 2 weeks 2x personal cares were missed as well as home management ... This is at no fault of carers its fault of the admin & management ... I worked in this area for over 20 years so i know what goes on behind the scenes...

3 years agoVery rude front of house who answered the phone. For vulnerable consumers this is unacceptable. The person who answered the phone, would be better suited to another role within the organization. There is no excuse for it.
