Bought my friends a last-minute gift from this store, and not only received a personal delivery, but I was also treated so kindly. The customer service is impeccable, and I really commend the owner, Adian, for his ability to not only be efficient but to be kind. Love the bonsai!

Aidan is super helpful and obviously passionate about bonsai. He provided enough advice for me to get started and provided some useful tips and links specific to what I purchased and to get in contact if I had any other questions. He even offered to help in 1-2 years time when tree may require re-potting which is a generous offer. Thanks!

Aiden has great knowledge of bonsai and a beautiful collection, I am very new to the bonsai community and visited Aiden for advice and he was very generous with he’s knowledge.
