a year agoBest Stopover Ever!!! 🌹 💐 Breathtaking selection of Rose species .. well labeled, and we have an unforgettable experience immersing ourselves among the roses, taking our time indulging in the different scents from these beautiful roses. Thanks for Matthew Nurseries for sharing with us how the world is so much more beautiful with roses 🌹 🌹 🌹 Perhaps a donation box should be provided onsite for us to reciprocate our appreciation. 6 months agoSaw this on our NZ rose trip (February) and immediately pulled over and spent two luxurious hours wandering and smelling the roses. A rose lover’s dream. Free to visit.

3 years agoIt’s a very beautiful and peaceful place located on right side of road on state highway when going to wanganui from bulls. Different types of roses are blooming in the garden and there is no entry fees for the garden🪴.
