a month agoThe staff kept forgetting my things. I didn't mind when a hamburger was missing, and I tolerated when a toy I bought was not put in. Now it's even worse. Two things are missing from the meal. There is no meat, only vegetables!!! Think about it, who would go to McDonald's just to buy vegetables???

2 months agoOrdered food on uber eats after 11pm (no gourmet menu, no problem) order double qlb and recieve two rubbery Angus patties barely put together and stale fries. Place has turned upside down. Don’t know if this or Papamoa is worse now. Tauranga mcds stores are easily worst in NZ

a month agoOrdered McSpicy Chicken with fries at 2245 PM tonight… Worst Burger ever.. I doubt it was chicken patty.. smelled bacon on it.. very dry patty and fries.. seemed cooked very long ago.. Better close early and serve best..rather than running till late if you cannot serve best.. Every Penny Matters ..Especially after long hours jobs.. You guys are worst ..

3 months agoShout out to Kenneth and the rest of the staff for providing great customer service this morning. So friendly and helpful we even had Emily check in on us to make sure my coffee was good. I've never experienced this service at any other Macca's lol. Thanks for seeing us and making us feel valued.

3 months agoYou could save world hunger for the amount of times I've ordered chicken nuggets and never received them. It is nearly the most important part of the service, the giving. If rent is tough just charge me more for the nuggets. Want kind of underground illegal chicken nugget service are you running and who gave it the go ahead? You paying ya staff in chicken nuggets? I need answers and hopefully next time, nuggets.
