Mercervale Daffodils

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this business. The plant I purchased had spots on it when I received it, but I didn’t know these were signs of a fungal disease. Six weeks later, after noticing my plant wasn’t thriving and comparing it to my neighbour’s healthy plant of the same variety, I contacted Noeline. She confirmed via email that the plant had a fungal disease. When I requested a refund, she became defensive, refused to accept responsibility for selling a diseased plant, and dismissed my concerns by saying, "I cannot help the weather conditions we've had down here." Despite this, no resolution was offered, and I was told too much time had passed since the purchase (which was only 6 weeks). It’s unacceptable to sell plants in poor condition, blame external factors, and avoid accountability. The lack of customer care and professionalism means I would not recommend this business.

I was looking online for shrubs and plants and came across mercervale, from the time of ordering until delivery communication was excellent, plants arrived well packed fresh good healthy plants at very good prices , highly recommended,

Got 3 elms delivered to Wellington great service, would pay to ring them when ordering to work out delivery charges as it's not easy to choose the correct option from the website

Lovely plants, lady is very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my purchases. :)

Great knowledge and a good range of plants. Daffy heaven, just heaps of different ones to plant.
