As a bit of a novice, I was unsure whether it would work and how to use it effectively—but the team at the store were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. What really stands out is that every team member I’ve interacted with has been just as friendly and helpful as the last. The first tub was such a success that I’ve been planting vegetables from seed and transplanting them into the garden every few weeks. I’ve since gone back and purchased four more tubs to expand my growing efforts! 5 months agoA large DIY store set close to the Manukau city centre. There is plenty of parking and good pedestrian access to the store. This store was one of the early Mega stores so a little dated compared with more recent developments. The store did stock bubble wrap in the quantities I required for my moving project, which more modern stores closer to me did not stock.

8 months agoWe were looking for a beach trolley and found one for a good price. A helpful staff member assisted us in folding it up. Without her help, we wouldn't have been able to figure it out. I can't wait to get the grandchildren into this.

a month agoHorrible customer service from man in plumbing area. Bought a supertub on special. Had some dents on the base. Retuned for a swap, and he wouldn’t give me another one as it was sold as special price. Would only provide refund. Got my money back - and now will never shop there again.
