Had several interactions with the staff here today. Every single member of staff was a ray of sunshine However Shane in the trade section did such a great job of helping me with my sleeper purchase. The measure and cut of the sleeper was quite involved but no trouble for this fine individual. Thanks to you all :)

Wife and I went into the store today to replace a key for our old style mortise door lock, I had to dismantle and bring the actual lock in hence the reason for a key however when I pushed for staff assistant at the locksmith counter the male staff member with dreadlocks Who Came From the Paint section told me abruptly that if I didn't have the number for the pre-cut key he wasn't going to search the 20 to 30 keys for me to find the right one and walked off. We still needed two other keys cut so when my wife approached the same counter and got the female staff member Marty, she promptly bent down to the cabinets and took no more than three minutes looking for the pre-cut key to our old lock as well as cutting the two other keys that we needed with no problem at all. It's a shame our man with the dreads couldn't provide the same basic service?
