3 weeks agoRecently relocated to Wellington Nz from other country. Found out this hardware warehouse with so many things. Hardware range are so extensive and even they selling household stuffs, and even plants. Plants are not as much or as nice than Palmers in town. But they still have good range of plants and even gigantic pots. So many things! Worth to drop by and shop around ..

Ollie was approachable, friendly, and genuinely tried to help despite how busy it was. He guided me in the right direction and provided helpful info—even offering suggestions when certain items might have been out of stock. 5 months agoI visited Mitre 10 Mega Petone today to buy a fly zapper after checking online that it was in stock. However, when I reached the aisle, the shelf was empty. I approached a staff member, Tracie, for help—even though she was about to go on her break, she kindly took the time to check the stock on her computer. She found that there were some available and went into the back storeroom to look for them. When she couldn’t find any there, she didn’t stop—she walked through the store with me and eventually found a few in a different section. I was so happy and grateful for her help! Tracie went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and her kindness truly made my shopping experience a great one. She deserves a pay rise for her dedication and effort! 5 months agoThe variety of products on display, walk ins, drive through, service, helpful staff members, couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommend this place. Specials boxes all laid out for display inside catches the eyes with essential products. Hard not to ignore them.

3 years agoGood experience as usual. Friendly helpful staff. Even greet you as you walk past... which I do appreciate. Well laid out. Plenty of stock and variety. Great spot to sort the DIY projects. They have useful "how to" videos linked in from their website which are great and clear. Definitely a Mega Store! Huge.
