3 years agoSensitive and discreet Almost empathic staff. Helpful and knowledgeable in many fields and if it's something beyond their purview, they make a point of finding who to go to, getting the details for you and offering continuing support if you need it. I left feeling much reassured and with a bunch of contact numbers who are able to help. Phoned the numbers and as soon as I mention napier CAB had referred me, I was given instant attention and compassion. Good people connected to good networks. And they are largely volunteers. Shout out for these people. They are the glue that keeps many of us from total fragmentation. Trustworthy. Very. Truly awesome and dare I say Wise?

3 years agoWe needed the services of a JP to witness documents and Napier CAB offered a free service. The team were welcoming and helpful and the JP on duty that day was very helpful and knowledgeable. A good service.
