If the some food is on discount, then it’s likely not to be fully fresh, get it, it’s fine, but enlighten me here, just out of what super Asian mind of yours to reckon that selling meat that’s already turned and stinks is even remotely okay ?!

If you want to buy crap then go here. There fruit are disgusting. They keep them frozen and when it thaws out, It was like eating mashed potatoes. it is mushy. Pre-packed bags of veges have some rotten stuff inside hidden with some good veges. Fruit flies everywhere. Shopping baskets are very dirty inside. A filthy place and customer service does not exist.

The customer service is one of the worst in this store. Please check your receipt BEFORE you leave the store. My husband went back (after leaving the premises) to get refund for the wrongly charged fruits and they had to check the CCTV to make sure he was not lying 🤥. VERY OFTEN, their price tickets on the shelves differ from the POS system. So be careful. I still shop there as the location is too good and convenient. But don't expect good shopping experience.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this store. The chicken I purchased, intending to use the same day, had an unpleasant smell right out of the packaging—clear signs it wasn’t fresh. Selling meat in such a condition is unacceptable. Please take more responsibility in checking the quality of your products before they reach customers. This kind of oversight affects trust and makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience.
