3 months agoI would give it a 5 if it wasn't for one thing that happened at checkout. However after 4 people including the duty manager who was a bit rude, I demanded the store manager. She was a very lovely lady to deal with, and she did honour what I was referring to. We had a nice chat about it and she did agree with me and I also agreed with what she explained. So all in all it was resolved. The store is well stocked and presented, clean and tidy. The fresh departments are very good. Overall a nice store.

3 months agoI love shopping here, great product range, prices and staff. But today at checkout I was totally flummoxed to see the packing lady standing there going through my magazine! I casually asked what she was looking for, she said a recipe advertised on the front of the magazine! Just thought I would give feedback.

4 months agoThe staff member overseeing the self-service checkouts this evening left much to be desired. Their conduct was utterly devoid of basic customer service etiquette or even the most rudimentary courtesy. A most disagreeable encounter, to say the least. Upon politely requesting a bag, I was met with a curt and dismissive "yep"—delivered without so much as eye contact. The staff member then handed me the bag with one hand, all the while continuing their conversation with a fellow colleague, seemingly unbothered by the interaction. I offered a gracious “thank you very much,” only to be met with complete silence—no response, no acknowledgement, nothing. Such behaviour speaks volumes. I would urge this individual to reflect upon the value of good manners, the importance of respect, and the virtue of conducting oneself in a civilised manner, especially when representing a business in a public-facing role.
