a month agoDid a bit of shopping in store and redeemed my New world stickers at the same time, at the express lane, where I have always been told to redeem, gross women in line behind me, starts saying to the old bag behind her, that I should not be doing that in that lane, then they loudly disgust how rude and ignorant I am, I asked the check out operator, am I in the wrong line? she replied no, but her and the duty manager who was right next to her, did not say a word to these rude customers, so I had to, and I found the whole thing very embarrassing, I have shopped at this store for over 30 years, and they use to have great customer service, They could have said something to those horrible women, and saved me embarrassment, but just goes with the awful service I have come to expect from there, wont be going back. they get a one star for awful customer service, and only because you need to put a star

3 weeks agoLady on Lotto counter with dark hair and glasses is always rude. Gives vibes like she doesn't want to be there and never says good luck when handing you your tickets back. Hardly speaks. Have had this same experience from her several times and no change in her behavior. If you don't like your job find another one !

4 months agoMy go-to local supermarket The butchery is just the best Consistently delivering a tender array of all their packages in chiller This is the standout for me above other supermarkets Another standout for me is the general atmosphere created on the checkout and lotto counters

a month agoCustomer: "How are you?" No answer, Thank you, No answer. Horrible check out people. Hope they are replaced to all machines and find another mac job. Awful customer service!

6 months agoAlways great food choices at New World. The staff here was so kind and helpful. Being from the States, we always manage to do or ask something dumb. The clerk, Texas, was particularly helpful.
