4 months agoGreat supermarket. I shop here because the staff seem happy and there are plenty of human-opperated checkouts. Would love to support a NZ owned business but our govt isn't currently holding them to account for profiteering union busting.

3 months agoGorgeous store with lovely wide aisles (well, wider than I'm used to!) and a great selection for a wide range of dietary requirements. Strangely, much cheaper than the North Island New Worlds (where I was visiting from) ...

5 months agoVisit the supermarket daily and find it an awesome place to shop except for the tall asian lady at the self-service check-out. Nothing makes you feel more awkward then being friendly with smiles and saying "thank you" which in hindsight was a compliment for doing absolutely nothing just for her to do just stand there, no reply, not even a smile. I find all of the staff to be extremely friendly and great but this lady just rubbed me the wrong way.
