2 weeks agoPretty disappointed. We bought some nappies in our online order but they were missed. We didn’t realise until today so we went in to get them as we were charged for them. Baby on hip I told the checkout manager that we were missing 2 packs of nappies from our order. I was told simply I had to contact the service centre on the receipt, cheers for the service. So baby and I left without any nappies we have paid for again and more admin.

a week agoCompletely under stocked with no explanation. They seem to be out of too many products. When I asked about it, tge explanation was "it affects some people more than others" Unsatisfactory.

7 months agoExcellent service at this location! Deli staff was very attentive and friendly. A kind woman in the self-checkout area helped us with our items. She then scanned her store card so that we could receive membership discounts. This was wonderful as we are temporarily visiting New Zealand. So kind of her!

6 months agoI’m a local been shopping at New World supermarket lots. Very disappointed with some of staff pulling their faces like they are not happy to works or it’s just not their place to be there. Recently, tonight I went for quick shopping and goes to self checkout. The lady standing there have she ever smile at all? I’m just queried? But mind you I still have my favourite person which is the lady wearing glasses with long hair she have got good hospitality for her customers. Always smile and have a warm welcome. Some time I went to lotto counter and even says thank you to the the server but the server didn’t even reply me back 😅.
