a month agoI have been shopping at Mt NW for almost 2 years now. Lovely customer service as always... I often spend around $150-250 on my shopping. When I do spend over $200 I get a free coffee on my receipt for their cafe. I usualy give it to the operator serving me, but last week I was told that it's not possible anymore. I feel bad for the workers, and am just wondering what led to this sudden change. The operators at checkouts are very kind ,so I hope this isn't permanant.
