7 months agoI love the décor and the beautiful floral entry at this store. The click-and-collect process is super convenient—no code needed! Just use the call machine outside the entrance, provide the name on the order, and they’ll bring it right to you and your car. Excellent service!

2 months agoOn-line shopping and delivery is great. A couple of reminders of time of delivery, notifications when truck on its way and how far away. Always get a lovely smile from our NW person delivering the goods. Great service. Thank you.

3 weeks agoI usually enjoy shopping at New World, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The staff- JENNI were rude and unhelpful when I ask for assistance. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer service and store standards. I would love to return, but not unless things change.

6 months agoI love almost everything about this New world supermarket. Plenty of parking and good location. Nice range of hot meals instore that are great for dinner, lunch or just snacking. Fairly priced hot drinks next to the lotto area. Clean store and recently renovated. Lots of fancier looking desserts!
