The store itself is alright—clean and well-stocked—but the prices are just too high. I did a price comparison with other stores around Huntly and South Auckland, and this store consistently came out more expensive. For a weekly shop for a family of four, I was paying at least $50 more than I would elsewhere. That adds up quickly over time. Unless convenience is your top priority, I’d suggest shopping around for better value.

Poor customer service, some staff are unfriendly. The store lacks options and it's very cramped getting around. Upon my visit I was looking for choc chips and found a cockroach instead. Told the lady minding the counters she advised she would get in touch with the owner. Not sure what happens but I just want to leave this here. Now I know pest are a problem everywhere but still it almost crawled on me lol and yes I left the choc chips on the ground 😅

I have had a few interactions with one of the staff members who works at the Lotto counter and occasionally assists customers at the self checkout. Based on the way she conducts herself, it seems like she holds a managerial position. Unfortunately, these interactions have been less than positive, as she has come across as unfriendly and dismissive, which made the experience quite unpleasant.

After driving for some time, it was nice to finally reach a town to eat something. Good supermarket with always friendly service.

General store, reasonable selection of products. Some items were expensive. Friendly staff.
