Deb went above and beyond with her kindness, thoughtfully serving my children high-quality, delicious sausages—free of charge! Despite rarely eating sausages, they absolutely loved them. Deb was not only helpful but also a joy to talk to, making the experience even more delightful. Keep up the fantastic work, team!

a month agoNew World are employing staff WAY too young who haven’t yet developed workplace people skills. The girl serving me at the till tonight couldn’t even comprehend what she was trying to tell me (I’d written a number down wrong at the pick & mix) And I’m very often left packing my own bags while staff stand around chatting with eachother. Not an issue, I’m perfectly capable, but it’s their job. Can’t remember the last time I was even greeted at the tills. Customer service is lacking.

a year agoOh, No way! I never expected to be top-notch new world in Wanaka/Albert town. Couldn't wait to tell my wife that I wouldn't buy any groceries from Auckland pack in my luggage anymore and fly here. You have everything here with so many multinational brands which you can't get in many Auckland stores. Wonderful, Clean, More advanced, High-quality & Fresh vegetable products are just small words to describe the New World.

a year agoFavourite supermarket in the south islands, this one is relatively new and well stocked with lots of fresh and prepared foods. The place is nestled within mountains and has beautiful views in all directions Staff were friendly and cheerful and helped to bag groceries into self brought bags, nice to see them guiding and coaching the younger learning staff
