5 months agoAlways busy here. Lots of older people seem to like shopping here. Quality is great. Good variety. Bit more expensive than Pak’nSave but worth it if it’s on your way or you’re doing a quick top up.

4 months agoStaff are awesome and theres a good compliment of items I can't get at other supermarkets - the carparks are just a tad to close! Had a older lady smash her car door into mine and act like it was my fault!

a month agoWhat the heck is going on New World Rotorua. We found some amazing donuts baked in store for a price we could afford yeah no more choc covered wanabes. Price was $7.99 in 2 days you have escalated these prices to $9.99 ? What is the justification for such a-huge price rise ? Is it because you couldnt keep up with demand. Really pissed you did this Signed a 30yr customer

4 weeks agoI just went through self-serve. 2 staff standing there as I left speaking in indian language. They should speak English and talk in their own language during their breaks.

5 months agoWent looking for bluff oysters which their website said was available. They were out for the day but thr seafood guy pointed me toward some frozen ones. Very attentive and personal service.
