a year agoI've been here twice while on my brief stay in Winton. First visit the selection of hot food was very limited and what was available was over cooked and dry. So I went elsewhere. Second visit I experienced the rudest customer service ever. Standing at checkout, ready and waiting to be served the older lady with short dark hair and glasses completely ignored me after serving coffee to the ladies in front of me she ignored me while going on to serve the customer behind me..I left my salad on the counter in front of her and walked out, again without making a purchase. Rudest experience ever. I will not return and would not recommend to others. Go to the white shop way better service, you actually get a smile and spoken to and the food is hot, fresh, and better priced.

8 months agoThey need to train their baristas properly. Instead, they seem to think all the staff can make coffee. They cannot.

a year agoGreat little store, got hot food (fish and wedges), coffee and doghnuts on Christmas Day evening when all shops around and even in Invercargille were closed - a nice little gem store . Very welcoming cashiers - happy with the service, food and overall experience

2 years agoVery busy wee store, seems popular with locals, people passing through. Bacon & egg wrap, nice enough, better under grill/sandwich press. Coffee was cold, but had good flavour, to be fair to the staff, I think they were having issues with their machine. I'd go back for sure.
