2 weeks agoThe staff here are completely incompetent and have zero product knowledge about the majority of the items they sell. Having self checkouts and having no salesmen in store would be more beneficial. False advertising and staff with no idea about the product

2 months agoHonestly terrible customer service zero skills whatsoever. I went in to buy a new phone I already had looked online at different phones and had a model in mind, I look at the phones for a bit and go up to the counter and say I would like to buy a phone please and instead of getting a normal answer like "sure what do you have in mind?" I was simply greated with "oh" oh what? how the hell does one respond to that? I then showed her the phone I wanted and she searched it up on the computer and she said they were out of stock, she didn't say anything else, she didn't offer to pre order it or give similar options in stock, I left with my partner and was very disappointed in the retail staff, I work for retail myself and just thought the whole thing was beyond sad and unhelpful, hire staff that know what they're doing.

2 months agoTerrible service. I went in to buy a fridge and couldn’t get help. Few staff. One guy just having a chat with someone so went to the counter and, while they were trying to sort some problem with someone, no acknowledgment. Waited ages and still nothing. Girl came in the door that obviously worked there and asked if she could get me some help, ‘oh I am on my lunch break, just go ask at the counter….’ which I had already done. Walked out in disgust. Won’t be back.

4 months ago80% of the staff don't know anything about tech, the place is a ghost town, covid is over, get some brains about your items ans sell... i wanted to do a spree like I do and just buy a bunch of things, i wanted ear buds, mobile battery tech, portable and corded speaker options and wanted a 4 camera security system, browse a qled tv, the guy tried to interrogate me, I couldn't walk around free, he didn't know anything about anything I wanted, yes mate, I can point towards items too, but can you tell me battery length? to the point I just walked out. wont even shop online with you, you are pathetic, what is your large store for if you don't want customers walking around it?

4 months agoThis would have been a bad review if it wasn't for one gem of a sales assistant - Nav. We wandered around looking for help and when all the other staff were on the phone or giving us the brush off, Nav gave us all the help we needed to find a few items on our list and get checked out. Thank you for being friendly and efficient!
