2 weeks agoI couldn't be happier with the service, Angeligue you are awesome. I bought a new freezer, right on 5pm, the manager bubble wrapped it for me, and helped load it into my car. You guys rock.

4 months agoMy experience with Noel leering was great, I got a good deal with my new phone $49 pay up front and $108 per month after two years. Kyella Te Hau was serving me very professionally and is awesome with assisting customers and her colleague Ben was great also in helping her and I was her first customer with 2degrees she assisted so I’m happy. Kyella is also very cringe 😂 lol and Ang is very cool! 😎 ❤️ love from Jimmy, keep up the good work girl! 😂🫶🫶🫶 Jimmy Smith I recommend Kyella!

6 months agoMisleading Customer Service I purchased a Samsung S25 Ultra from the Gisborne store, but unfortunately, the salesperson I dealt with did not meet expectations, leading to me losing out on a $300 gift card due to his lack of knowledge. When I visited the store, I specifically asked if there were any promotional offers or discounts for the S25 Ultra. The salesperson informed me that there was nothing specific, but if I signed up for a 2degrees installment plan, I would receive a discount. Although I wasn't interested in the installment plan, I was aware of a $600 gift card offer that was advertised online. He initially told me he didn’t think that was available, but after I showed him the promotion on the website, he checked and confirmed it. Before I made my purchase using my GEM card, I also inquired about any promotions for the GEM card. The salesperson again told me he didn’t think there were any. However, I noticed a promotion sticker on the counter and asked if I could use it. He processed it for a 30-month interest-free plan, and everything seemed fine for the day. On February 8th, when I went to pick up the phone, I discovered there was another GEM card promotion: a $100 gift card for every $1,000 spent, up to $1,000. I asked the lady who assisted me, and she was very helpful. She suggested I return the next day to consult with a GEM expert. When I did, the expert explained that they couldn’t revoke the plan I had chosen, which I understood. I do not hold the two staff members responsible for this. However, I feel deeply frustrated because I missed out on a $300 gift card due to the negligence of the first salesperson. I purchased the phone for $2,998.99 and could have spent just $2 more to qualify for the promotion. All of this happened because of one person’s lack of attention and knowledge. This experience has made me lose trust in the store. It is clear that customers need to do extensive research before making purchases, or else they risk missing out on important promotions. Sadly, due to one person’s actions, my entire impression of the store has been negatively impacted. I do want to express my sincere apologies to the other staff, especially the two women who assisted me (I regret not catching their names). They did their best to help, and I truly appreciate their efforts. But zero stars for the store just because of my loss.
