4 years agoVery nice however vandals are causing a lot of issues and ruining the gardens and Wellington City Council have not mowed their part of the lawns in fact the whole of Newlands has been neglected by WCC overgrown foliage encroaching footpaths and debris everywhere shame on them when they are saying they are putting the rates up y 23% and water meters in. Perhaps they should deliver on their responsibilities first and managing their outsourced suppliers of these services which are paid by ratepayers as a priority. This current Mayor or his Councillors have'nt achieved much either, do we need more sculptors at Frank Kitts Park when the rest of Wellington is looking so dirty and shabby
