I am writing about my experience at Mt Eden retirement village. My mother was in one of the care suites for almost 5 years. Right from the word go I was so happy and content with the care mum had. She was previously in Elizabeth Knox and they were appalling therefore I moved her. Mt Eden village collected mum from Elizabeth Knox with their Van and when we arrived there was a welcome team there for mum , it was so special just what we needed and it immediately felt like a family environment. The staff are sooo friendly they always would say hello Nelly good morning Nelly always personal. I visited often and it was always the same. This is pretty special I was also made very welcome. You can tell there is a very good fellowship with all the people who are working together they have fun. They are also professional and mums care was the best. You were very welcome to share if you had a concern with anything. The receptionist at the front was incredible she was so helpful and nothing was ever a problem. I just am sooo grateful for this time mum spent in her care suite at Mt Eden village there are to many of the team to name and thank. Thank you. Mum has just this June passed I feel so thankful I made the move Mums and Dads deserve the best and I got it. xxxxx
