a year agoif i could give 0 stars i would. a disgrace. i live in port chalmers and the number 14 bus being swamped by cruise ship tourists has turned port chalmers from the nicest neighborhood in town to a living nightmare. have had to catch seven taxis over the past two months, and pay friends gas money to bring me home (amounting to nearly $600) due to ORC's complete failure to provide the residents of this town with reliable transport. have tried emailing several times to lodge a complaint and ask what is being done to rectify the situation for people who actually live here, still yet to hear back...

8 years ago23/3/2017 Can I send a big thank you to the staff at your bus division who helped retrieve my bag that I left behind on the bus ( no: 19 Belleknowes to Waverly ) this morning. I was very distressed and when i rang the gentleman on the phone was so helpful. He contacted the bus driver immediately and the bus driver took the time to look for the bag . They rang me back to reassure me they had the bag. Then the lady who drove to the bus , collected my bag and dropped it to my work place at the hospital knowing it had some important items were so kind and accommodating. Well done and thank you again to your staff for a wonderful service. Kind regards Carol Fitzgerald
