a week agoHad a drama here with missing items from our click and collect and when you have to drive 25 mins each way to get there and back to home it's rather frustrating but when you drive all the way back and you receive zero apology and no explanation at all instead you are treated like a liar. Its hard not to get pissed off. The customer service is seriously lacking.
