4 weeks ago★★★★★ Fantastic One-Stop Shop with Amazing Variety! Pak'nSave Papamoa is hands-down my go-to supermarket in Tauranga! From the moment I walked in, the friendly team at the Lotto counter and checkout operations made me feel welcome—their efficiency and cheerful service really stood out. The freshly cut meats section is a highlight—great quality, well-priced, and always neatly displayed. The bakery department smells heavenly, with fresh bread and treats that are hard to resist. For bulk groceries, this place nails it! Whether stocking up on pantry staples or grabbing fresh produce (which is consistently crisp and vibrant), they’ve got everything covered. I also love their specialty dairy and milk products—perfect for families or anyone looking for local favorites. The store itself is clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, making shopping stress-free even during busy hours. Plus, the huge parking area is a game-changer—no circling around for a spot! Highly recommend Pak'nSave Papamoa for unbeatable variety, value, and a hassle-free experience. Keep up the great work!

a month agoLove pack n save they treat me like a king my eftpos card wasn't working but I showed the check out lady that I have money in my account and she paid for my shopping not like Woolworths were I have had a ton of difficulty with receiving mail at there secure drop point even a staff member opened my mobile phone package and the managers were so rude when I complained. There was no information given at all just that they had to open the package because the name and address had fallen off. I should think that they should buy me a new phone because my numbers were visible on the side of the box not only the phone number but no reply at all was there policy on that request.

4 months agoI just want to say a big thank you to the amazing staff at PnS Papamoa. I had some major surgery recently and needed to get some grocery shopping done. I thought I was fine, but didn't get further than the veggie section and I felt sick and lightheaded. One of the managers noticed I was unwell and got me stool to sit on, then got the store wheelchair and a bottle of cold water for me too. I was very embarrassed, but super grateful for the kindness and care from the manager and checkout staff.

2 months agoThe store is fine, but the store is causing massive back traffic (from the petrol station), preventing the nearby roundabout from functioning. This is unacceptable. The local council should sort this out.

a month agoSpecial shoutout to Pauline C for the worst customer service ever experienced. Either shes working towards her superannuation and hating every second of it or shes just a miserable lady. Super passive aggressive and concerningly mute as well, no in between. Would’ve been more concerned if my mum was served by her without me there as she probably would’ve had a field day picking on her as english is not her first language. Do better Pauline, you represent Pakensaves worst 👍
