5 months agoFor the past few years we have used your online service. Continuously items are left off. This week ten items were missed off our order. Items that are paid for. Very frustrating getting home to release we have to call up and request our items be packed, then drive another 20min to collect them. You need a better system as taking peoples money but not supplying a product is not ok.

4 months agoGenerally try and Visit this Pack n Save when I visit my sister. Although I live at Matamata we have found this shop good value for money as compared with our Matamata New World (newish owners). So we'll done PACK n SAVE TeAwamutu .

4 months agoA huge shout out to the Paknsav staff yesterday especially Adele who drove my brother home with his frozen goods after our car wouldn’t start. She then drove me back to meet the AA callout guy to get the car started. What fabulous 5 star service!
