4 years agoSandy & the team have been outstanding with helping my Dad settle into Palm Grove. The staff are friendly & caring. The food is great & Dad now has 2 proper meals a day. He enjoys the social activities & tells me he hasn't been this happy for a long time. Total peace of mind for me knowing my Dad is being well cared for .....Thanks to all of you at Palm Grove :)

6 years agoMy mother was in there 2 years ago, spent most of her days with no contact from staff, family came 7.30 in the morning before work, then there was always a family member with her every night, she only spent two weeks there before she died but one day sister walked in and she was choking on a pill they had given her, they just walked out and left her, she was so miserable
