6 years agoSecond time in a year I dealt with Maria at Papakura over a licensing matter. What great customer service! She listens and has excellent knowledge and a fantastic demeanour in her role. I would feed this back through the council system but I suspect that’s just a black hole that no one looks at or cares about. Still waiting for a response to my email I sent three weeks ago. Keep up the good work, Maria.
