9 months agoI can't fault the treatment here in the slightest. They were using new software that day but were dealing with it really well and the lines were moving fairly rapidly. I expected a wait but they were keeping people moving through at what looked like a good rate. The reception staff were friendly and the Dr was exceptional, So caring, polite, explained everything really well and gave options without pushing or hurrying.

a year agoAcross multiple visits, the team at Pegasus Canterbury has often been more helpful and professional than seeing my GP or being admitted to the emergency department. They always treat me like a human, make sure I'm in no pain, and take great lengths to ensure that even while disabled and chronically ill, I am in as little discomfort as possible. I would highly recommend going over ED if you can afford it, and if you can't all at once they are amazing with payment plans, as they understand most of the people presenting are on a benefit or are low income. Once again a huge thanks to Steve! After multiple nurses and about 8 tries over the day to get my partners blood only Steve was able to do it 😅

10 months agoAfter coming home from hospital it was comforting to know that my health was being monitored. The nurses who attended were wonderful people and provided a high standard of medical care and were friendly and supportive people. A brilliant service. Thank you.

a year agoI am a 33 year old male on a WHV. My experience was exceptional from start to finish. Reception and the triage nurse were kind and helpful followed by a reasonably short waiting period of around 30 mins (Saturday lunchtime visit) Met with Doctor Thomas, he was so thorough and informative as well as having an incredible bed side manner. Took around 25 minutes to make sure all routes were covered never felt like I was being pushed out the door or being mistreated... All in all I've never left a medical facility and thought I'll leave a review until now.

a year agoI wish they had no stars to rate because how unprofessional they are. The nurses sitting at the front counter seems to be so fed up of their jobs that they won’t even listen properly and wait for their shift to end and run home. Keep telling people come another day or wait for 12 hours. To be honest not helpful at all. If a person have severe bad cough and not able to breathe, they made us sit like more than 4-5 hours not taking it as an emergency. I wish the management should look into this very seriously and make it better place to help the people who are sick. This is a matter of great concern that I had very very very bad experience here. Never coming again.
