Pizza Hut Papamoa East, The Sands

I recently visited the Pizza Hut store and had an overall pleasant experience. The atmosphere was clean and casual, with a comfortable layout that’s ideal for both families and quick bites. The staff were friendly and efficient, greeting us warmly and taking our order with a smile. We ordered a combination of classics – the Super Supreme and Pepperoni Lovers – along with some garlic bread and soft drinks. The pizzas were hot and fresh, with a generous amount of toppings and gooey cheese that really hit the spot. The crust was cooked just right – crispy on the outside and soft inside. Sides were tasty and came out quickly, adding nicely to the meal. Service time was reasonable even though it was moderately busy. The team managed the flow well and checked in to make sure everything was fine. The store appeared clean and organized, including the restrooms. One area for improvement could be the drink refill station, which was a bit messy during our visit. Also, offering more vegetarian or vegan options on the menu would be a welcome addition. Overall, Pizza Hut delivered a satisfying dining experience with quality food and good customer service. I’d definitely return for a casual meal or takeaway night.

I've been coming here since they first opened every week as our family loves pizza Friday! , and were still loving it! The pizzas always taste amazing and super fresh, and the best part is if we don't finish it, they reheat really well the next day without losing any flavor. The store is always clean, and the staff are super friendly. I also appreciate how my meals are always ready on time. Definitely recommend Pizza Hut papamoa East the sands, it's my go-to spot for a delicious meal!

Picked up the 2 pizzas + 2 sides deal from Pizza Hut The Sands Papamoa last night and it was great from start to finish. Order was ready right on time, everything hot and fresh. The sides were the best I’ve ever had from any Pizza Hut – the garlic bread was perfectly toasted and the onion rings were crisp and full of flavour. We had a Supreme and a Loaded Hawaiian – both were delicious. The Loaded Hawaiian had a decent amount of topping, just like how I remember a normal Hawaiian used to be when I was a kid eating in at the OG Pizza Huts in the 90s. Honestly, if that’s “loaded,” I wouldn’t bother with the regular one. Great amount of food for a family with two young kids – everything was gone in minutes. Great experience all round – we’ll be back

My partner ordered online and the delivery driver took my order to the wrong address. They told me she had ordered to the wrong address. When she showed them a screenshot of the order and delivery address they stopped replying. I went into the store and they messed me around for another 30 minutes and I had to hassle them for some kind of compensation after getting my food an hour and a half later. In the end the manager Raj called us and went out of her way to resolve the issue and then she kindly followed up and asked us how our move went two days later. Her customer service was great and the effort was much appreciated. Also the pizza was great. Thank you Raj
