Puriri Court Lifecare

Don’t put your loved ones into this facility. In my experience the residents just get the very basic care. If they have an eating problem and need special food prepared for them, it won’t be. If there is a medical issue, do not expect anything to happen quickly. If the resident gets sick and needs a doctor after normal working hours then hope it’s nothing serious as in my experience, they won’t get the help they need. I was very let down by this rest home. It looks fantastic when you walk in but the reality of the place is very different.

Amazing caring staff, the caregivers, CNS', nursing staff, HCA's, kitchen and the food! And cleaners. Every single person we encountered has been magnificent. Fabulous atmosphere. Thank you so much for caring for our mum so genuinely and lovingly. She loved you all. Awesome. We appreciate your love and support for us while mum was with you. Hugs all.

The level of care is atrocious, staff are in no hurry to provide care, don't answer buzzers or take hours if they do respond. Certainly would not recommend putting your loved ones in this facility.

Our family were happy with the choice of Mum moving into Puriri Court, the staff were kind and compassionate whilst providing comfort along with dignity. The decor, gardens, and cafe are modern and make for a great environment for patients, family members and staff. We are sincerely grateful.
