4 years agoA very limited home help provider, despite stating on their website they provide support for house work and cleaning. There is more that their home helpers don't do, then do. There are also a lot of conditions placed on the person seeking the support in order to make like easy for the home helpers- ironic since the point of the service is the lighten the load of those seeking their support. Cleaner arrived late on most occasions and also left early, one time stating ' I've done all I can here' before leaving 20mins early- rather then 'what else can I do to help'. I fact it seemed like the whole thing was an inconvenience for her.
