7 months agoQuality so far has been excellent. Frequently out of stock of items which is not helpful for online buying. Perhaps this will improve as they grow. I will stop using them though as they use courier Post Haste is unreliable. Charge me rural even though I am not rural per NZ post. My recent box sat in christchurch already 2 days + weekend. I will go and pick it up as Post Haste wont deliver until Wednesday.

5 years agoAmazing products - a wide variety of ingredients for all my cooking, love that they are packed in well sealed paper bags, customer service is impeccable :-) too... When a bag if flour was damaged in transit, they refunded the money without any questions ... that's taking care of your customer. Highly recommended online store. PS delivery is super fast considering I live rural. Thank you ever so much to the whole team.
