7 months agoContinuing Care, what a joke. They left my very unstable mum unattended in the bathroom. She fell to the floor and as a result she needed stitches to her head and leg and was left with heavy bruising. They didn't want to do the rehab, so shipped her off to another facility. She has been stuck there for months now, doesn't look like she will walk again, doesn't look like she will ever go home. Her life now is complete misery. Thanks a lot Rhoda Read.

7 months agoTOPS....can't complain, all the staff doctors, physio therapists, & nurses are very polite, caring, helpful, attentive to your needs, & always with a smile on their face from the trainees to the charge nurse big THANKS to all. Well taken care off & fed well ☆☆☆☆▪︎

11 months agoNot impressed with this continuing care facility. My 82 year old mother who has dementia and is very unstable on her legs was left unattended in a bathroom and ended up with 10 stitches in her forehead and butterfly stitches on her leg. She now has a 6 week long recovery at another hospital when she could have been home now.

6 years agoThese amazing people nurses, caregivers, at this oasis of care was truly amazing. My mum felt safe and very much cared for and the compassion they showed my mum and family while in palliative care was second to none. 4 years agoBeen visiting here frequently due to Mumbeing here for a few weeks. Then staff are great, friendly, happy to help, and even when shrt staffed. It was great to be able to have Christmas Lunch with mum and the others patients. Amazing meal. The team rock!!
